V2 Ceramic pre order

So I placed a pre-order for these v2 ceramics on Oct 23 and still haven't received them. That's kind of funny because I see that they are on your site as in stock, I even purchased some on Nov 30 and they were here a few days later but still haven't received my pre-order ones yet. What gives? I thought all the pre-order stuff would have been taken care of before stuff was listed as in stock. The ceramics were the only thing on the pre-order.

Tazz have you submitted a ticket on this matter?

I had two tickets about this from people yesterday.

The orders for ceramics might have come in at the same time as the Stealth advanced orders and were sorted wrong on our end, human error.

I would have appreciated if you had submitted a ticket that you give me a chance to respond to you. Or that you would have contacted me before feeling like you needed to post about it.

Please pm me your order number so I can resolve this.

The issue was a simpe sorting error on our part, sent out the ceramics, problemo solved...
