Ultralite thread issues

I am not sure what direction to take here and any advise would be great, as you can all tell from my previous threads in the forum I own all 3 models from innovapor and love them all.

I have been having an issue with my ultralite though. Even after a complete clean I get an issue with the res threads locking on me if I let the device sit stagnant for more than a week. Since it is an occasional use mod for dinners out and such it often sits for that long or longer. At this point the res cap is seized so bad I cannot get it off and am afraid to use tools that may mar the finish.

Any help would be great thanks in advance and happy vaping.

Hopefully someone gets back with you soon, Have you contacted innovapor through their site? This subforum is not all that active so it might be quicker to contact them that way, although I guess they might check here as well. My only suggestion is to use one of those rubber clothes that you use to open jars.....Amazon.com: Fox Run Rubber Jar Opener: Kitchen & Dining

whats up ata, yeah I have tried them and gotten an answer (their cust service is still top notch) but I am trying to fix it at home first. Next step is sending it back in.

You have dried juice stuck in the threads--use a rubber "pipe-wrench" to loosen it, or soak in warm water.

Yes try soaking it in some warm water, or even lime juice like some people do for the switches.
