Tobacco Flavour Dilemma :(

Hi All,

I am still new here and still search of a tobacco flavour...Let me Clarify first, Since I have started vaping I have not touched an analog so means I Love vaping...To date I have tried few flavours and my favourite till now are RY4, Mapple Waffle and others like Apple flavour etc...Before yesterday I had only tried Tobacco flavours which come with starter kit which were obviously CRAP, Then tried so many other flavours but not proper tobacco flavours which are more famous...

So order different tobacco flavours like Flue Cured, Gold and Silver, Luxury Blend, Original Red, Turk and USA, USA mix, Virginia Blend and Winston all from LF...So yesterday opened first flavour out of these (cant remember which one) tried it and did not find it intresting rather there was unpleasant Dried fruit taste, then tried second, third and all of them in the end but stragely all tasted same and i got really annoyed...there was this dry fruit kind flavour which i hate and seemed it was present in each of them.....Strangely when later on i tried my favourite like Mapple Waffle and RY4 they too tasted like dry fruit........So by the night I have realised that something went seriuosly wrong cos my tongue was white, had sore mouth n throat so think might be allergic to one of the tobacco flavour or may be all of them....

What I want is have one tobacco flavour (I know none can taste or feel like analog so I am not after that) which is not sweet like other flacoured ones and can be my all day vape with RY4 and Mapple Waffles.

Now the question is if tobacco taste comes from dried fruit extract/liquids etc???? If that the case then i might not like any of them...Is there any tobacco flavour which is not sweet and some extend resembles analog but not dried fruit again...


Please give me your advice which Tobacco flavour suit me best and What might have went wrong when I got allergy

Hi there - let me just start by saying taste is subjective so what's good for us may taste like rubbish water on a stick to you. But that being said there is still hope for you. Silly question i know but did you try all the juices in the same setup (same cart and atty etc) or fresh for each one - the reason i ask is that some taste from the previous juice can linger or indeed hang around for a fairly long time even after vaping it through (in my case i had to wash out an atty 3 times to get rid of one taste).

You may be allergic to a particular flavouring that has been used - this isnt common but i don't know enough to rule it out. The original flavour from some carts is 555 or 5n5 (on some sites) this to me has no sweetness to its taste but vapes nicely - however it does tend to lose its taste altogether if vaped for too long without another liquid to break things up (again this may just be me everyone is different).

It might be worth you posting in the uk swaps thread (see my sig) to see if you can get something you would like to try without having to pay out for each juice - or there's also PIF (pay it forward) meaning you can accept someones offer of juice etc and offer up your own of juices you don't like.

Most tobacco tastes that i have tried are either very similar or a sweet taste so it is possible you really wont like any of them but one more thing to bear in mind is that your tastes as you have now given up analogs will change and juices that you didn't like when you start out suddenly become quite nice when your tastebuds show their faces.

Like you i am a big RY4 fan and if you like that as an all day vape there's no reason to "have" to vape tobacco flavours - mainly i find that once you have an all day vape flavour it's just then a search for the next one

To be honest it sounds a bit like you've killed your taste buds a bit, I've had it happen and it's a real problem, you try a new juice, decide it's not really that good, go back to another and suddenly, and quite un-expectantly that juice you normally love isn't great either. I've had this happen for days before.

To answer your question a little better I've found some decent tobacco based flavours from paradise vapes uk, try their camel, golden virginia and their drum flavours. For an earthy dirty and a bit odd flavour the old halborn isn't bad either, though it's a bit strange be warned. I also rather like totally wicked's standard red label tobacco and their marlboro. The Marlboros got a nuttiness to it, but it's certianly not sweet or fruity. Their standard tobacco is outright dirty tasting, but this only adds to that slightly analogue smokiness we sometimes want from a tobacco flavour. Some people really like tennasee cured flavours, they are on the sweeter end of the spectrum however.

Since you like RY4, maybe a more tobacco infused mix might be what your after. Try vapour worlds RY4 intense. Let it steep 2 weeks or more and you will be in for a treat indeed. Seriously good Ry4 with heavy tobacco notes and nice caramel coming afterwards, though not so sweet it drowns it. Clean and sour tasting, it's superbly mixed. For a more mellow smooth, clean and slightly sweeter (though not enough to get upsetting), the Janty Elixir RY4 is an absolutely wonderful vape. The janty tobacco incidentally isn't bad on it's own either btw, though for me I miss the other base elements when combined in their Ry4 mix.

ENjuice also do a wide range of tobacco flavours, though for me they are a dessert liquid specialist. totally wicked also have their black label juices, all tobacco based and may have something for you, if a touch expensive perhaps. Whilst I didn't like it very much, I can see why some might appreciate the earthy, almost soil like ECOpure from intellicig, it's a down to earth tobacco base which isn't sweet in the slightest, almost bitter in fact.

Everybody has days when every liquid they use tastes the same Shaks.

The main thing is, don't throw any of them away because they are almost guaranteed to taste better/worse on another day.

Also, don't be afraid of mixing small quantities of your flavours together. This can often produce something that you really like.
