I've made many orders with TFA, and always get great service. In my most recent order there was a slight mistake and I was sent a 4 ml vial of a flavor that I had ordered in 15 ml. I wrote an email, and Linda responded within a few hours, apologizing for the mis-filled order and said they'd send the correct size right out. Excellent customer service, so I thought I'd write a good review here as a thanks.
