i have seen somewhere arround here a silica tube which is used for mesh wick to avoid shorts

did any one try it and if yes from where we can get it?

the method above i will not prefer it since i had stop using wick for the reason that inhaling a small fabrics of silica in the long term it will cause problems

Instructions say curing should be done in a step method for 1-2 hours. Please explain why your method will cure in seconds.

Instructions refer to relatively thick layers. In our case, the film thickness is less than a micron. My experience shows that few seconds is enough. Moreover, the VHT-based ceramic can be used without any curing.
