I received my order today, and after closer inspection of the items, I realized there was a USB charger in the box (an item that was not included in the kit I purchased)!

Now I feel bad for sending another email asking about my order. I know you guys have had some shipping issues since the 4th, but if this is your customer service, I will definitely be back! I can't wait to try out those new atomizers and the Ecopure.

I also got a free USB charger and am pleased with the packaging. It took a little longer than I wanted, but it is a good deal. They are also replacing the PCC when the new ones come in, Nice!
