TAPATALK not working

Not a huge deal but I post mostly from my phone and use Tapatalk. I have not been able to log in with it since the upgrade started. Just thought I'd mention it.

Are they getting any error messages? Can you ask one of them for a screenshot of what they see when they try using it? I'm not seeing any errors being logged related to Tapatalk, so we may need to reach out to Tapatalk's support

Here’s what I get when I hit the log in button.

I googled that response "Need not empty cmd!" and a few things come up...have you closed the app, re-started and then re-opened the app ?
Cleared the cache for the app ?

( I know NOTHING about this )

Yes to all of the above. I even uninstalled it.

I’ll see if I can figure out how to clear the cache on it. I have closed and reopened it many times.

You’re a genius. I didn’t even know there was a way to clear the cache on the app. That worked. I’m using it right now to make this post.

Thanks for all your help! They fixed it. I tried with success using Tapatalk. I did absolutely nothing different but this time it worked.
