Sweetener Questions

Whats the difference between sweeteners?
Right now I have EM and sucralose?

What percentages are those good at?

Also whats the difference in those sweeteners?

do you guys have a preferred sweetener for one reason or another?

FWIW I have only used EM (never found a need for anything else) I figure it's more of a "smoother" than a sweetener though seems to help flavors blend together and remove "bite" (for My Tastes) as for % , I use the crystals 1/4 tsp dissolved into 10ml PG (put PG into fairly warm water bath before and after adding EM ) I start with adding this sweetener to a mix at the rate of 1-3 drops per 10 ml or so and adjust as needed to get desired result .
