Stupid question: Once I submit my Verification Request Form for the Classifieds how will I know when I've become verified?

I don't even know where to find the Classifieds section. The only mentioning of it I see is the "How to gain access to the classifieds and Co-op forums" thread, in the "Buying & Selling" section of forums. Once I have been verified will the Classifieds forums just show up in the "Buying & Selling" section?
