Steeping

I just got a new order in of some B Mild juice from Unsmoke.us. It just dont taste right, I had a bottle of RY4 I returned when I first started vaping (from a differnt company never had any problems from Unsmoke). But now I have heard about "steeping", (the RY4 probably needed some steeping just didnt know about it). So I just saw the born on date was the 8th so its a fresh batch of juice so Im thinking it needs to "steep"? How long does steeping take? I also keep my juices in the fridge (was recommended to store in a cool dark place or refrigerator).

Usually a week or two. Some juices get stronger and better over time, some don't change from steeping. It's worth a try.

found out is was the new atty taste nasty with my bs341 and 555 too the BMild is fine thru an old atty, just on the new one first few vapes ok then nasty burnt taste

It's a few I got from V4L -- I went into the actual store and picked up about 6 -- all WOW juices. All blech.

Hey Sandy. Just wanted to say thank you...I have some juices that are good for the first few days in the carto...but then gets weird and turns the fiber yellow. No matter the flavor, they all end up with this same dank smell which I couldn't describe. You hit the nail on the head, it's rancid cooking oil odor. I think some vendors are using a vegetable glycerin that doesn't last very long before going bad. Thanks for giving me the perfect description to write to the vendor. It's really gross.

Do you have to take the lid/dropper off for effective steeping? Between my kids, pets, and my own clumsiness it's not really feasible for me to leave the bottles open, but so far everything tastes so weak to me.

I've noticed on a few juices I've tried that I totally hated them when first vaping them. However, if I let them sit about a week or so... the flavor is much smoother and more robust. I think it's hit or miss though; and no real formula.

Heres a thread going in the DIY section. It doesnt seem as though there is a real art or science to steeping.
