So, I had a friend of mine introduce me to the spring mod last week for his 510 carts. We were at a party and his one cart literally lasted him all nice and into the beginning of the morning. I was so excited I immediately destroyed the first pen I found when I got home.
Now obviously the point of the spring mod is to keep pressure on the poly to keep it close to the atty while keeping the cart as full as possible, but I was wondering if the blue foam that people use does the same thing. It's the same idea right?
Has anybody tried both of these and preferred one over the other? Has anybody tried modding the foam to sit above the spring?
Let me know, I have all of the supplies to attempt this, but no liquid for a few more days.
