I am planning to do a 2x18650 mod and had a hard time finding holders for that particular battery. I finally found a couple of sources for them. Has anyone found any others. These all seem a little expensive(with shipping it would be at least $10).
I've been looking at mod friendly small electronic devices(cell phone charger/ipod charger or led light) that are built to take an 18650 with a holder already in. But so far not much luck.
I might try making my own holders out of 20mm interior diameter tubing cut in half. Was thinking of using old copper pennies. Using the penny as the positive contact and soldering a small spring on another penny as the negative. Could make them literally for pennies.
any thoughts?
