Sound of blood / maybe heartbeat pounding in ears?

When I go to bed after vaping for the day I have noticed I get a rushing / heartbeat sound in my ears and find it hard to sleep.

Wierd because I didn't get that from analogues but have been ever since started vaping 4 days ago...

Maybe the nicotine is raising my heart rate or something and is metabolised differently than analogues or something?

Anyone else ever had that?

I know that if I vape too much, I get a headache and a racing heartbeat, but nothing to be afraid of. I usually don't vape RIGHT before bed. Maybe you should vape a lower grade of nicotine, or even 0mg nicotine? I hope you get this figured out, a night's rest is always a needed thing

Good Idea. I think I'll get a lowest nic juice for my 2nd unit I got in the kit and use that after work.

Maybe you are using too strong a mixture? What mg of nicotine are at, maybe try lowering that?

I've experienced that, and I quickly switch to a lower nic amount. No problems since. Nicotine raises your blood pressure just like caffine. Hope you get it sorted out.

I have high blood pressure and when I mess up around my meds I get that at night too. Sometimes ringing too. Like x0xKimmehx0x said Nic raises the blood pressure a bit.

Yes, I did get the same thing as well, been vaping for about 40 days or so.

What I did, was reduce my nic content after about 6pm, and this seemed to help very much.

I now do 0 nic at night and it's gone.

Nicotine increases blood pressure, it's a strong stimulant. What you're feeling is blood transferring from you extremities to your brain and upper chest cavity as you lay down
