Since shipping is so expensive it'll make sense to for example split shipping with a friend. Just saying. I have original packaging and spares for just about everything.

EDIT: I checked shipping prices with the post office, and to the US for a 1kg package up to 120cm x 60cm x 60cm the price is about €30.
