SID head from madvapes/anyone want to buy a v1 head

I read in some topic somewhere that the sid head works on the evic tube so I ordered 1 today from mad vapes. Does anyone know if the head comes with the top cap like pictured?

Also anyone wanna buy my v1 evic head. Its in bad shape. The top poped off so I resoldered everything and replaced the positive with a nice hefty spring to contact the body. I tried regluing but it just keeps popping apart and there is glue all over the top. I buffed the glue from the screen and now the plastic is mishappen. I drilled in a screw to hold it togeather. And the plastic is cracked from the top down to the plug which has no cover.
The head however works just fine But the top will not unscrew from the glue. Its so dissapointing to me cause I babied and it was in perfect shape until the top popped off in my pocket.

The SID control head does work with the Evic tubes, but you will want to use button top batteries with that set up. The Evic top collar will not work with the SID control head however.
