I have a question about shipping e-liquid.
I would like to order from TW in UK and have it shipped to a family member in Germany then have her ship it back to me in a normal box.
I have 2 questions really, first is what are the chance of the package getting ceased at the custom? Same, greater or smaller than ordering right from a company that do Canadian shipping. Second, can the expeditor of the package get in trouble?
