secure content

After a restart this evening my computer will only display secure content. The warning shows up for each page load. The band on the warning box at the bottom of the window is yellow and the message when I select 'What's the risk?' is:
The authenticity of the certificate or certification authority that issued it can't be verified. This might indicate a problem with the certification authority's website.

This is the first time I have had this problem with this site and I don't see any new posts from anyone else having this problem. So is it just me and can I assume that it is related to the restart? I have opened 4 other sites and none of them are showing the 'secure content' warning..... TIA


EDIT: Have no idea why but after a couple more restarts the computer decided that the certification was OK after all....... No more secure content warnings

So day 2: I started getting the secure content warning again. Had to go into IE9 tools security and enable 'display mixed content' and that seems to have fixed it for now....

ECF is served to you as plain old unencrypted http. if you are getting these warnings it may be because someone linked an image from a secure server on the page you are looking at...
