Whats the lowest resistant I can build, but still being safe?

You might get some different answers on for that question.

For now on you want to put a limit on the amount of amperage you pull from your batteries. At the least leave 25% of the amperage unused. If you have 40 amps to use, you should only use around 30. This is to ensure you are safe and not bumping the amp limit.

30 amps used around 4.1 volts works out to about 0.15ohms and stay above that. You don't need to build that low anyway, try 0.5 and above first. No need to go crazy first time around.

It's all simple after a while. You should do some research and read about battery specs and ohm's law if you are unfamiliar. It will help you answer a lot of questions.

Be safe and if you need assistance on getting information feel free to ask.
