Riva (ego) 1100 doesn't fit charger

I had a quick question about the riva 1100 battery-
I assumed I could use my charger that i got with my riva kit. I tried to attach it but it does not appear to fit. I twist it on and it seems to not connect.
The light never blinks and it won't charge.
Is there a trick to this? Did I get a bad one?

Also my boge lr ivape.net cartos don't fit. They fit my standard riva batts just fine.
My other attys and cisco 306 fit and work fine.

The 1100 Riva should fit the charger fine. It has a much larger diameter on the outer thread for the cone adaptor, but the battery/atty adaptor is standard 510. You may have gotten one with rough threads. You can try a little extra force to get the threads cleaned out, or the best course of action might be to send it back to the supplier.
