The customer service he gave me with a problem over an international order I canceled recently was simply unparalleled. Rather than pass the buck off to the third party international checkout company attached to his business, he called them to explain the mix up and advocated for me until it was straightened out. Most vendors wouldn't have gone that extra mile to keep a customer satisfied, especially if the problem wasn't theirs specifically (e.g., defective product); also, there are very few e-cig related businesses based stateside that'll even attempt international orders to begin with. So, hats off to Rick at Vapor Alley for placing the customer first and doing everything he can to provide a quality vaping experience for his customers.
