Hi there! Thanks for letting me know. Mr. Jaaxx is responding to you currently from our email account. We will, of course, take care of the situation immediately. And yes, we definitely still care about our customers-- you all are the most important part of our business, and many are friends too.

We are trying our best to get away from using our current email setup and use one that filters, because after 2 years in business, the spam is overwhelming and we must dig through it to see customer emails. However, this is the second instance now that we have not received customer emails with the filtered system. (Thunderbird). I think our next step is going to be having people enter a captcha code to send an email. I hate that but we can't go around not getting emails.
