Anybody have any tips on wicking the Valkyrie mini rta with rayon? I'm not getting the flavor everyone is raving about. I am running a 3.5 id alien coil v3 from coil clout. Airflow is hitting the bottom half of the coil. I'm not having any leaking issues. Just not the mind blowing flavor I heard about with this tank.

I'm with Izan. I would try a Smaller Diameter Coil and see how does.

Also, a Higher Mass Coil takes more Wattage to get it going. And sometimes Higher Wattages can effect Flavor. You might try a Simpler, Lower Mass Coil if you haven't already.

Trying a 2.5mm and LOVING IT! Thanks for the recommendation! What is your ideal coil placement? I have it centered with 6mm leads and the bottom of the coil is JUST below the bottom of the airflow. I will try and post a few photos soon :). I may also try a 3mm since I am getting all the flavor, but am missing a bit of the vapor production I am used to. Other than that things are NOICE.

Thank you for the Kind Words. But I was just Seconding what Izan suggested.

Your Coil Placement is where I usually like to place a coil on a Deck with Side Flow Air Flow. Given a choice, I usually lean towards a Coil being Slight Higher than Slightly Lower of centerline for Max Flavor.

Also don't forget about Trying different Drip Tips. A short Drip Tip with a Slightly Smaller Bore can many times yield More Flavor than it's Bigger Bore cousin.
