Hi — and great question. The Purity line of flavors are made with flavor ingredients that are PG-free. Because of that, when you order MAX VG, it will be true 100% VG. Purity flavors are marked as such in the product name. You can browse those flavors here:

For e-liquid flavors that aren’t part of the Purity line, the flavoring ingredients do contain PG. MAX VG will not have any additional PG added when your order is mixed. The actual percent VG of those e-liquids would depend on the flavor ordered. But it would be a bit less than 100% VG.
