Question about Bottles

My first order has steeped for 8 days and I'm enjoying the juices. But I have had to poke a jumbo paper clip through the tp of the 10 ML bottles so I don't have to squeeze really hard to get drops out of the bottle. Am I missing something here?

I thought there seemed to be an "extra" plastic ring in the nipple top and I could push it out, but I just ended up making the hole bigger.

Not sure what your question is...I've taken the bottles apart before and I've never noticed any extra plastic anything. I normally use syringes, although when I do drip the bottles do take some muscle to get anything out. And what does come out does so very slowly. I've never used a paperclip to widen the hole, but that sounds like a good idea. The syringe usually makes the hole a bit wider, so when I do drip it's slightly easier than if I've never used a syringe in the bottle.
From my experience the 10ml bottles are the easiest to squeeze fwiw.

I guess the question was, is there a piece of plastic that I was supposed to remove. I was thinking maybe I pushed a piece of plastic into the top by squeezing drops out and now I can't remove it.

Glad I could help I haven't ordered 10ml bottles in a while, but I've never noticed any extra piece of plastic. Best of luck!
