So for all the stellar peeps at ProVape, are they segregated? LOL!., I've mostly worked with Kim or Brandy, a happier camper you cannot find. I wish all companies employed this level of quality assurances, knowledge, and services- or even close. Anyone, anywhere, if you're worried about the future of your vape....go ProVape! Yes. What your hearing is the power converter at work. It runs about 800mhz and produces a faint whine sound. Most people never notice it.

I keep coming across references to software/firmware updates. Do all ProVari have update-able programming? Could someone give me the basics on this topic?

Only the current line up can be updated. The radius via the usb using the updater software, the classic, P3 and procyon need to be taken to a dealer that has the updater box or sent to provape.
