Briefly describe your problem or issueI am giving a negative review on the person in customer service. On September 27 I received my ProVari mini kit. To my disappointment, there was no batteries included. I immediately contacted CS through the ticket system. After many emails later, asking me to check my home for the missing batteries, I demanded ProVape to overnight me the batteries. The CS women proceeded to tell me about their warehouse system and how the folks there signed off on my package.
I really did not care about the mistake they made in the warehouse I only wanted my batteries I paid for. She finally agreed to ship me the batteries. She was still adamant about how this could of happened and how baffled she was. I felt like I was being called a liar. It is 5 days later and still have not received the batteries. I won't order from ProVape again due to the attitude of customer service.
