Pro-V 2 Tank Leaking or carto flooding?

So I been using my Pro-V 2 tank that came with a Boge carto pre-punched on my Provari mini for a couple days. Everything was working fine until today, I noticed there was some juice on the provari contacts and the recessed part of the ring. I wiped the juice off and tried using it again but got the "E1" error for a shorted atomizer. I was using 65/35 juice with the single hole pre punched boge carto. Is my tank leaking? carto flooding? or maybe both?
Any solutions?
