Those are "FLAV-O-POPS"...you can only get those with factory fresh carts!!!!!!!!......jk......I really don't know. 
Same here- not as much on refills. Kinda sucks because I think the "snap, crackle, pops" are kinda neat! (doesn't take much to amuse me! )

Mine don't pop after I refill them.
I haven't refilled any premiums more than once or twice, so I haven't cleaned/boiled/yadda any of the 'new' carto's yet...Don't know if cleaning them would make them pop again. I don't think it will though.

I noticed the pops and it scared me at first. But i got use to it and it feels weird when it doesn't pop now.

LOL Gamer, you did a great job! i do enjoy reading posts on here, I hate to admit it, but I do kinda troll here. Its a great site to learn how to care for your Vaporizers and cartos.

i tried doing this while playing Wii fit. it almost had the same effect.
BTW Back to topic. do we really not know what the poping is? I mean this could be a huge V4L conspiracy. Each time you inhale that clicking is a tiny microphone that turns on

i've been filling with my normal juice and i think the draw is a bit tougher. But the results of vapor seem to be better (go figure) Draw is harder i guess because the hole is smaller.
I have an order of blank premiums coming in with some juice. They will be my all out decider
