I have been trying to contact two vendors (gotvapes and the other I will not say because I heard the guy has been ill) with calling and email all day and have got nothing, I understand it is the end of the year and people are busy but really I expect from a buisness is being able to communicate in a timely matter, I have learned from my own buisness communication is the key to keeping customers happy it takes the worry from them and no matter how busy I am I stop and take that minute to answer all calls or email. How do you trust someone with a big order or even a small order if you cant even contact them really.......while I am complaining I will complement on freedomsmokeusa (email replied 5 mins) and kick bass ( made a order at 11 at night and did not expect to hear from them but still did 10 mins later) these other guys might need to take lessons...
