hehe, basically a post to say: thank you so much for your excellent service robert.

we bought our 2nd in march this year and kept us in vape heaven up until about 4 weeks ago. started to browse the forum and came to the conclusion that it was posible a mashed firing pin. mailed robert and asked him if it was ok with him to send it in for repair. his reply came quick and the next day it was on it's way to him.

took 2 weeks to arrive and the next day i got the mail that it was back on it's way to us. i mean this is so fast, especially knowing how much work robert has. awesome. took a little over a week to arrive back here, today that is, and ofc i took a good look at it. there it was a shiny brand new firing pin, also i asked robert to take a look at the thread of the 510 connection and now all my atty's do fit in it perfectly.

thats not all, also there is a brand new feeding tube (it had the old smaller tube) and a brand new bottle in it! it wasn't leaking or anything, so i didn't ask for it, still, am so happy he did. as i do like the new thicker feeding tube as it feels much more solid. thank you so much for this extra service!

am vaping on it the whole evening and it working like a charm. awesome. thank you, thank you, thank you!

It doesn't matter if you live next door or across the oceans, Robert will give the same exemplary service.
The REO's in general do not need much to maintain there performance. But when times come that you need help, it is easy to find.
So glad you are back in business, vaping business that is!

yes indeed, not only making a perfect product, also giving excepional costumer service. both seem to be a dieing thing these days. well, at least in this part of the world. everything needs to be done as cheap as possible, witch result in trow-away-products, witch i really hate about these modern times. so happy that rob isn't like that, his product is rock solid!

yeah, told my love several times that he doesn't need to press that button all the way down, he now is trying to get rid of this habbit, hope he will succeed. the 1st (bought in feb), witch i use the most is still working perfectly. still, am kinda happy it happend, gave us a reason to buy us a back up, coz of the time it has to travel back and forth. so now i can enjoy the luxery of haveng 2 reo's to my disposal :D
