Order was Cancelled by new site, HELP!

David, I'm sure you are inundated with orders at the moment but it appears that my recent order (#561) was cancelled by the website for some reason. I'm kinda horrified at the moment.

Can you please help? Thanks!!!

More than half of what I ordered is no longer in stock. I am officially horrified now.

Hi Durty, Im not sure why it cancelled (the most common reasons are expired card, wrong billing address on file etc). I'd try again checking to make sure the cards info is correct. If some of the parts are sold out, I apologize, its all we had.

I placed another order for what parts were left just now. Hopefully that goes through this time!

Also wondering if contacts and compression bands are all gone/ held back for future warranty work at this point. Thanks!

I had that problem too so I placed a second order that went through ok. (I hope.) Order #549 was 'cancelled' because the system wasn't happy with my Amex card, so I had to recreate the order as #559 - which has been at 'processing' since the 13th.

I've been keeping an eye out as well for these and I don't believe they have gone up onto the site yet.
