Lower nic levels don't give me any throat hit, but other than that I think I can "trick" myself into thinking i'm getting nicotine. I vape anywhere from 20 mg nic to 0. I don't currently have an all day vape, so I'm switching up liquids daily.
As for not getting nicotine and having it affect me? The result is minimal. I feel that now that I've been vaping, I don't have an urge to vape as much as when I started. I don't get cravings anymore. I almost never take a e-cig break from school or work.
Yesterday I went through most of the day and thought "oh wow I haven't used my e-cig yet!"
I'm just glad that I'm done craving nicotine, that was the worst when I smoked cigs. I would smoke a cig because I was craving one and would feel like crap the whole time.
Everyone will have different experiences though... but I think I've been getting much better at not craving nicotine
