In previous discussions Tasmania (Australia) had some weird and down right stupid legislation go through last year. The enforcers of this legislation could not figure it out themselves. Now it appears there has been an about face. It is perfectly legal in Tasmania now to have nicotine e-juice in your possession and import up to three months supply from any source provided you have in your possession a doctors prescription for the same. The brighter news is that your GP is legally allowed to issue it. Attached below is a letter received from the Director of Tasmanian Health and Human Services.
