Nothing against your efforts Stoneface.
In fact, I applaud you for those efforts without question.

But emails are not as good as letters or even faxes.
Emails can be ignored, whereas letters and faxes make a more tangible imprint.

But really, in the end, these things need vendor involvement.
Efforts towards getting vendors to direct their customers to CASAA would ultimately bring the most resources to bear.
