You won't get a response about your order on this forum. Keep in mind that in the last few weeks vendors have been backlogged with shipping orders, trying to beat the deadline of the USPS ban. How long ago did you place your order? When did you contact them? I understand your frustration, because I've been through the same thing, but patience is key. Vaping.com is a trustworthy site and they are trying to fill all the orders as best they can.
