I am brand new to this forum, although I've been vaping for a few months. I recently had a supplier that I absolutely loved! Their flavors of their juices were amazing. However, this company bit off more than they could chew and was getting more orders than they could handle and wouldn't hire any new help. So I waited 5 weeks for a bottle of juice to come in that never did. So I'm looking for another supplier who has great tasting juices, decent prices on the parts and accessories (tanks, carto's batteries, etc) would prefer a company in KY or surrounding states. I've ordered from a couple of new places and while I was happy with the prices and accessories that I ordered the juices were awful and I couldn't vape them. Even after letting them "age" they've not gotten any better. So I'm throwing money out the window ordering juices I can't use. Now, my next problem is, that I only have an American Express credit card. All the sites I've found that fit my criteria, do not accept Amex and do not have PayPal accounts, personal or business. And I can't make myself, nor can I afford to go buy a prepaid Visa or Master Card and pay those high fees. So can anyone help me please? I've searched every day for weeks until my eyes crossed. It's always the same thing, I find a site that I like, it has good reviews, I place my order, and find out they don't take Amex, or I find a site I think will be good, gets decent reviews, they take Amex, I place an order, and the flavors make me want to throw up. I literally get nauseous. Any help would be most appreciated.

locked until more posts, prevents spamming, there should be no reason you cant post the sites here.

OK.... thanks, Thrasher. I am new, so I didn't want to run afoul in my first week. LOL

AmyKY, the sites that I used that took AMEX were:

I ordered my kit from Tropical Vapors - Quality Electronic Cigarettes at Great Prices in my AMEX, and I ordered juice from Best E Cigarette | Buy Electronic Cigarettes | E Cig Juice - MT Baker Vapor on my AMEX.

Hope this helps!

Amex is one of my "I'll never do business with" companies. They are VERY discriminatory, and don't seem to apply their discriminatory policies evenly.

The do NOT service businesses that sell firearms. But they are one of the official "corporate cards" of most of the large defense Contractors like Lockheed and Halliburton.

The do not service businesses that sell "adult" products, but the Secret Service uses them to hire prostitutes when abroad, and most escort services seem to be able to get AMEX ccounts.

They are sort of hinky with e-cig products, and only seem to discriminate against small vendors, but the big companies that sell crappy juice and garbage gear all seem to accept AMEX.

And from the Vendors perspective, they charge the highest fees in the industry.

Amex is notorious for being discriminatory against all kinds of retailers they have political issues with.

Personally, I don't care how you personally feel about AR-15's or vibrators, but I won't do business with a company who, on one hand, gladly profits from the sale of such items to the Government but denies access to them for Citizens.

Just a thought...

Since I mentioned that my home forum is ARFCOM (AR-15.com), it isn't hard to figure my interests out. I don't deny your observations, but I can tell you that I use the AMEX on many purchases in ...uhm... both categories that you mentioned.

I think I am just lucky, or they are not observant.

if by chance you do do something wrong the mods will warn you. and let you know. no outright bans here unless people just go full stupid. but just helping each other ECF has a lot of flexibility.

while it doesnt help the immediate problem, have you given thought to just applying for a real credit card?
or maybe giving DIY juice a try.

many places also take debit cards. im sure if your using amex you have a bank account.

I don't have a bank account at all. This is a bluebird prepaid Amex. There are no loading fees period. No fees for having money on it or not having money on it. I can't apply for a real credit card because my ex-husband ruined my credit several years ago. I wouldn't know where to start on DIY juice making. And again the places that sells the DIY stuff does not accept Amex. So thus, as you can see, is my conundrum.

This post was supposed to have a quote from StereoDreamer. So this was a reply to their post. :)

I only use Amex because, at least with their BlueBird card, there are zero fees. Unlike Visa and MasterCard. It's perfect for me as far as the fee issue goes, but also there is no minimum limit I can add to it. Most cards require at least $20. This card will accept anything from $1 to $2,000. It was $10,000 but they changed it. I can see your point of view. I'm not that up to speed on the political views of businesses. I suppose I should be, but, and it's a lame excuse, I just simply don't have time to read up on everything I would like to. I'm a stay at home Mom of a one year old boy who must have caffeine instead of blood running through his veins. I am also a paranormal investigator/researcher although I was able to do a lot more of that before my son was born. But thanks for sharing your opinion with me. I'll keep it in mind, and try finding another credit card company that is prepaid that has fee schedules similar to Amex.

Hi, and welcome to the forum! You won't find any U.S. vendors who accept PayPal, as buying/selling "tobacco" products is against its terms of service. I know of a great vendor who takes Amex, but I'm not sure I can post it here (?). Send me a private message and I'll be glad to help.
Thanks for letting me know, I did not know it was against PayPal's service agreement. I bet there were a lot of people out there thinking I was a nutball or up to know good because I suggested using PayPal. But in reality I just didn't know.

Thanks for letting me know about these sites. Have you gotten your kit and/or juices yet? And if so, how does the juice taste? I just hate that I can no longer deal with the man I was using at first. He had really good products and great prices. And his juices tasted exactly like whatever food they were supposed to mimic. But I can't wait weeks for an order to come in, and you could only place orders on certain days. And I didn't always have the money to place on those days, but couldn't wait until the next week when orders were taken up again. I'm hoping these sites you've suggested will have good flavors that don't make me sick. I've basically been throwing money away on the 5 bottles I've got from other sites. Thank goodness I got the really small bottles and didn't spend a lot on a 15 or 30 mL bottle.

While I'm on a posting roll, and I'm sure this is so not the right place to post this, and hope that I'm not in a major violation here, but does anyone know why a tank will cause a battery to flash and won't vape at all? I thought it was my new battery and something was wrong with it. But I switched the tank to my old battery and it's doing the same thing on it. This is a fairly new tank. A lot newer than the other ones that I'm using, and they are working just fine.

Yep, it's some silly rule that unfortunately applies to e-cig merchandise, too. That's why no reputable U.S. vendor offers that payment option. Anyway, the site I mentioned before that takes Amex is Electronic Cigarettes, Vaping Supplies, and Tasty Juice - Vaping Me. I've ordered both juice and hardware from there and got great service and fast, free shipping over $30. Look them up on Facebook, too, because there's a discount code there that I can't think of right now. I can't guarantee you'll like their juice, but they make it to order and I loved the Dark Red Desire (chocolate raspberry) I got from them. Good luck!

Thank you for the site link. I appreciate any and all sites y'all can link me to. I understand that no one can guarantee that someone will enjoy juice flavors because everyone's palate is different. And what tastes great to me, you might think tastes like burned leather. But it does help if someone has bought juice from there and recommends it. I mean the sites I've already ordered from might have several flavors that I like, but it just wasn't the ones I ordered. I think I'm going to be more of a baked goods person rather than an intense fruit flavor. The flavors I got from my original supplier that I LOVED were Caramel, Apple Pie, and Yellow Cake. I also liked Caramel Apple, it was extremely intense apple flavor. But I couldn't vape it very long it would start to make me sick. But I found that if I mixed a little bit with one of my other flavors listed above it was good. I ordered a Candy Apple from another site, and you can taste the apple in it, but there's a really bad after taste that starts the second you stop inhaling the vapor. I've got it outside in the sun and warm weather along with cherries and cream ordered from the same site, and butterscotch ordered from another site. I'm hoping it will age the flavors and make them taste better. Although I'm not sure anything will help the cherries and cream as it tastes like rancid milk with a hint of cherry.:vapor:
