Well, I built my first flashlight mod. I found the flashlight at my local dollar store and had the cup washer I used to solder the 510 connector into just laying around. It was an led flashlight that just happened to have the same size battery holder as an 18500 1600mah battery. The battery is just a little smaller in diameter than the holder was so I will look around for some pvc or something the take up the extra space. I had a little mix up where Rob at altsmoke accidentally sent me 18650 batteries instead and I had to ship them back to him. In return he sent me a couple 510 connectors in return for the shipping cost. One of them, which is the one I used on this is a silver connector that comes sealed in the center. There is no hole, it is solid. Rob said that this is the same one that they will be using on the new silver bullets. This was my first order from altsmoke and I think Rob is great to deal with. Anyway, here are a couple pictures of my new toy. Thanks to the veteran modders out there that I have learned much from.
