MadVapes Variable Voltage box mod question

Does it have a drip resevior around the atty? Is it recessed as much as a Riva or the Infinity's is?

I'm just wondering. I don't like the ones that more flush with the top. Those kinds, you can see the air vents with your eyes if you hold it closely. I like the recessed kind that you can't see the air vents when the atty is screwed in. Is the MV box like that or can you see the air vents?

I have one and it works pretty well but, you can't ask for a lot for that price, It's about as plain jane as they come. You can see the vents.

I've been vaping MV VV regulator off and on for a couple days w/o recharging. Batt life better than I expected for linear regulator.

I used Altoids box because it makes an excellent heat sink.

Sorry about drip cup. I use DC and CE2 so I don't need drip cup. Soldered connector to Altoids so no liquid gets in the box.

I have one and the thing works great ! nothin' pretty to look at, but works like a horse....and batt. life is great !and yes you can see the vents...but for $35.00, what do you want !!

Thanks folks, you were a big help. I know it's a bargain and a steal. I just prefer the deeper wells cus it gives a stiffer draw.

Easy to modify for stiff draw not easy to modify for easy draw; maybe I don't follow.
DC gives a medium draw IMO.
