LorAnn Bubble Gum

Picture that wax-paper-wrapped piece of Double Bubble you got in your Hallowe'en candy bag, the kind with the light bit of white sugar on it, that you unwrap and pop into your mouth and chew.

This is LorAnn Bubble Gum flavor.

I cannot possibly be the only one who had childhood flashbacks trying this flavor? I'm in love, particularly after I added a tiny bit of spearmint into it to sharpen it to a more adult palate.

I mixed a bit weak the first time at 6%, I brought that up to 10% flavoring and it seems much better.

Ive been trying to make this watermelon bubblegum using LorAnns.. but the bubblegum alone just cant work with me. Could be the issue of me using too much flavoring though. Hadnt messed with it much, just keep hoping someone will post some decent recipes

How much flavoring/pg/vg did you use?

In my case, 10% flavoring was where I was happy with it (it's perhaps a bit weak for some, but I prefer light flavors).

54% PG

36% PG-based nic liquid

So really, very close to 90% PG, 10% flavoring (which has a lot of PG in it...)

I'm not a major fan of VG.

The powder isn't white sugar, it is corn starch used in the manufacturing process to keep the gum from sticking to itself.
