Looking for 510 to 510 Stealth Adapter/Extension

I recently bought a 510 to 510 shorty adapter/extension and although it works great, now I do not get the airy draw with my tanks, I do not like the additional space it creates between the PV and the tank/atty.

I found stealth adapters but I can not find one that is a 510 to 510 connection. As anyone seen these? And if you have where at?
