Are they all dead? I wanted to connect up with local vapers but it didn't look like there was any activity in the location based groups. Are they all dead or did they just get moved somewhere?

You might have better luck looking for active groups on Facebook these days. Escape Vapor Lounge recently posted about a vaping meet (I can't tell where you're located, or if you're close by) First Wed of every month 7-10PM. You may want to check in with them to see what they know about Oregon groups. https://www.facebook.com/EscapeVaporLounge (check their EVENTS page for the vaping meets that are set up).
