Hey All,

Some companies are needed to be disturbed by those tricked customers
-while they post cool marketing communication messages-
to be realized, I guess.

I've bought 5 Subox Nano Kit from them. After a long time, they have sent me an e-mail:

Dear Sir or madam
We are sorry for the delay in your order processing but we did not have 5 of them for you to ship and your order did not contain a phone number for us to contact you.

You can contact us directly. We have 4 of the kits currently in stock and we will honor the price you originally ordered them for. There are some issues with your orders IP address coming out of Turkey.

Please contact either by email lakeshorevapors1@gmail.com or

phone 231-747-9705 and we can try to resolve the issues.

I have checked the website and price for items I have ordered was raised more than %100. Although I have replied twice this mail and told them ready-to-co-operate and do what they would ask me to; they have never replied again. Plus my order has been erased from my account (I'm not sure if I refunded yet, I will go to my bank. If not, I will also report this as fraud).

So, think twice while you order.
They can just erase your orders to earn more profit and treat like you've never interacted.

Lakeshore Vapors response - This order was completely refunded as the credit card used was out of Turkey and order shipped to the Usa. The credit card address was not the same as the address provided and was flagged by our processor. To avoid any charge backs we refunded this order. There is no fraud on our end, only precaution.
As he did not mention here, he wanted us to change the shipping address for him. Will follow up with credit card company.

You should have asked me to change credit card, right? Then I would have asked my friend to pay and problem could be solved.

Plus it is not my problem that you have an infrastructure which sells products more than stocks in store and manual security system (I have informed you about credit card is out of US, you did not mention match between billing-shipping. Before I've informed you, you were offering me to buy 4 of them in original price). There are several systems I'd suggest: AVS system or authorized.net.
Anyway, you can not treat as innocent here. I am the customer. Honestly, all I wish was treated fairly and informed well. But I even had to post here to just get an answer. I will not accept even 5 kits for free anymore. I just hate you.
