Kangertech EMOW charging problems

I am only getting about 2-2 1/2 hours of battery life out of my Emow before it starts to flash rainbow color. What is the proper way to charge this battery? I put it in the charger and the red light comes on and then in about 3 hours the light turns green. Does that mean it is fully chargerd when the light turns green? Is there any warranty on these batteries?

When the light goes green does the main button light go out as well? I think you have to wait till the main button light goes out like the normal ego style battery. What Mah rating is it? what voltage do you vape at? are you chain vaping?

I found that from a 1300 mah ego vv battery at about 4.2v I would only get about 4 hours before it needed charging and I vape a lot.

Have moved up to an eLeaf iStick with the EMOW Mega tank on and get a good day's worth vaping as it has a 2200mah battery

I was told that the battery has a 6 month guarantee - full replacement the first 30 days and replacement at half price the remaining 5 months of the warranty. You need to go to the vendor who sold it to you with your receipt or to the online vendor with your order number.
