K101 connection issue

So I have a K101 that is about 4 months old. I originally purchased it with an IGO-L and everything was good. I then purchased a RSST and again everything was good. I used to switch between the 2 with no problem, but now the IGO-L will not fit. It seems like it won't catch the threads or make a connection or something. It seems almost as if the hole has gotten bigger and won't fit (literally push it in and it wobbles in the connection). Has anyone heard of this and is there a fix? Or am I just relegated to using the RSST solely on the K101 from now on?
