Justin/Bruce 2 orders wrong and I am not able to submit tickets

Hi guys

I know you are swamped but I am not able to submit tickets for 2 orders I received that are incorrect.

GG pre order #30704, I ordered 2 steel flat top replacement buttons and was sent brass flat top instead.

Order #34313 One of the items in this order was supposed to be a AW IMR 18650 3.7v 2000 mAh High Drain Li Ion Battery, I was sent a 1600 mAh instead.

I also got two 1600mah AW IMR 18650 batteries instead of the 2000mah's that I ordered. The note on the invoice says "sorry 2000mah not in stock."

I'm grateful for getting my GGTS (which is beautiful) but isn't this wrong? Also, isn't the price lower for the 1600mah compared to the 2000mah? So I should expect to get the difference back correct?

I would like the different back, and it would be good if you guys could notify your customers that a "previously available" item went out of stock so that we could order the correct batteries from a different vendor.
