Just a heads up for batteries locally, where I got mine, Where do you get yours?

Hey guys!

I've recently decided to get a mech and encountered a few problems finding good batteries that can be shipped relatively fast (or at all [reference to FT not shipping batteries at all atm]). So I decided to try and source some locally in Tokyo, To my surprise it's difficult to find the kind of batteries we need in the normal shops - BicCamera, Yodabashi, Tokyu Hands ect..

Rakuten and Amazon JP are a pain to navigate especially if your Kanji isn't great haha!

I stumbled upon these:

I got my batteries from VaprSpot
They ship fairly quickly but choose the pay on delivery option for shipping......it's much cheaper.

I bought these last week & they arrived in 2 days: Amazon.co.jp

They're perfect for a hana/cana or similar mods, or any mech requiring < 20 amps.

Wow, that's ¥500 cheaper than what VaprSpot charges......but I searched amazon a lot before I ordered, and they didn't have these when I was looking. They are great batteries.

Yep, they didn't have them a few weeks ago when I ordered some vtc5s from FT that still haven't arrived. :/

So far it's working great in the dna 30 clone, def. greater capacity than the vtc4.

I've had 2 purple 18650s for about 3 months along with a nitecore charger....They are still going strong and hold their power a long time.
