Joye 510 Battery Switch LED "Blink Codes" - Definitions Anybody?

Does anybody know all the blink codes for the Joye batteries. I know 5 quick presses of the switch within 2 seconds will turn it on and off. But are there other diagnostic codes like 3 blinks of the LED in the switch?

I ask as I returned a battery that I absolutely could not get to run after 2 recharges. It showed it was charging with the USB/120VAC charger unit but would not work. Did the whole overnight charge, run for 20 min. then recharge it for an hour break in thing, again, but no good. However, the vendor got it to work. So now I'm looking for something that I may have overlooked.

I would like to know if those blinks mean anything too. I've noticed when my batteries go dead they blink a different number of times. Same thing when they are connected to the charger at the start of a charge cycle. Some times they might blink three times before the button light goes out. Other times it's six blinks or more.

It must be doing this for a reason.
