Joe Legal pays medical and dental insurance with limited coverage for his family at $600.00 per month, or $7,200.00 per year. Joe Legal now
has $24,031.00.


Jose Illegal has full medical and dental coverage through the state and local clinics at a cost of $0.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.


Joe Legal makes too much money and is not eligible for food stamps or welfare. Joe Legal pays $500.00 per month for food, or $6,000.00 per
year. Joe Legal now has $18,031.00.


Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for food stamps and welfare. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.


Joe Legal pays rent of $1,200.00 per month, or $14,400.00 per year. Joe Legal now has $9,631.00.


Jose Illegal receives a $500.00 per month federal rent subsidy. Jose Illegal pays out that $500.00 per month, or $6,000.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $ 31,200.00.


Joe Legal pays $200.00 per month, or $2,400.00 for insurance. Joe Legal now has $7,231.00.

Joe Legal has to make his $7,231.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, etc.

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.


Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.


Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe Legal pays for his children's lunches while Jose Illegal's children get
a government sponsored lunch. Jose Illegal's children have an after school ESL program. Joe Legal's children go home.


Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services, but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.

Well even for those who "choose" to stand with Nobama and make America "equal for all" as some want, if anyone can break down how this is "fair" i would love to hear the other side. Im open minded and like a "open minded debate." I try my best to keep a open mind in all aspects, but come on America! Where are we headed?

That's all very upsetting if it were true - but does Jose Illegal actually exist?

An illegal alien who makes $31k tax free, gets full medical and dental for free, gets housing for free, and all his food for free - I call BS on that. I just don't believe there's anyone fitting that profile.

Regardless, the blame and the ire (and legal actions) should be directed at the employers who hire illegals and pay them under the table. Don't blame illegal workers, blame illegal employers.

Edit: Also, I'm no expert on the topic, but from what I remember reading somewhere, a lot of illegals actually do pay taxes because they use either fake or someone else's SSN number to get jobs. And in that case, they are paying taxes, but will never collect the Social Security, Medicare, etc. payments they made.

I'm sure there is truth to both sides. But what i full hardheartedly do feel is if you wanna be in America do what your possed to do to be here! irregardless whether your the employer or the employee, both sides are wrong. And even with "if" they did pay taxes there still working for way cheaper than a legal American, thus driving down the cost of everyone elses wages and right to seek employment. ok ok, so there the jobs that no one else wants to do. again maybe in "some" scenarios. but from little i have seen bein in prior construction, there was lots of others jobs that was givin to others due to cheaper labor. n hell why not? were all in it to make money right? were spending over a billion dollars a day to fight "terrorism" from coming "into" America. What better way than to secure our borders?

Well, at this rate, hyperinflation is on its way. When that happens, everyones going to be on a level playing field. With money being worthless and all.

When I saw the recent release video from the US Treasury of the new $100 bill, I had to laugh., Printing more paper bills without gold backing to it. In about 5 years, I'll be using those new $100 bills to wipe my ....

And in that case, they are paying taxes, but will never collect the Social Security, Medicare, etc. payments they made.

They are not stupid -- they claim the maximum exemptions on their W4 and therefore pay very little in taxes compared to the rest of us. Also, they do not have to file a return with the IRS and be accountable with their fraudulent SSN. That sounds pretty good to me...
