I've narrowed it down to vamo V2 or a Lava Tube V2...I am tired of researching!

Just order a ProVari... go with a great from the start, it actually saves you in the end. If everyone buys cheaper to start, only to eventually get the higher end in the end.... add up all that money and you'll be ...... lol... I started with two piece e cigs, went to an eGo twist, then went Provari and glad I did... think about it, no one buys a Provari and says dang, this was totally not worth it, I shoulda bought something cheaper. If you wanna buy cheap and save for the good stuff, get an Ego twist for now $33, it goes to 4.8 volts, not bad and I still have mine and love it but the ProVari is just well.... vape heaven

I have been through the same thing. I'm on to provari for a lifetime device.

I dont know how careful you are, but I have a vamo for everyday use, and the threading is awful, especially in 18650 mode. Make the investment and get the provari.

Or you could do what most do and just get a shorty adapter and that concern goes away.

Since I have had my Vamo V2 I can not imagine vaping without it. I use a carto tank and the Vamo REALLY works well with it.

I just got the Vamo 2 and LOVE IT. I got some 1.8 ohm attys and it's amazing with Mr. E-liquid juices.

Was going crazy with the choices as well. After much research I was almost dead-set on the Vamo. Then after posting on this forum, I went for the Sigelei Zmax v3 telescope instead. Just received it today and it's great! Although I haven't tried the vamo yet, based on the reviews that I saw of each; the zmax seems to have a much better build quality.

Can I say that I have had the Lavatube v2, and would not sell it to my worst enemy if that helps. However, I would STRONGLY RECCOMMEND YOU SAVE FOR THE PROVARI! Strong Reccomendation! Beats out any chinese mod for sure!!!!!!!!!

The Innokin itaste SVD is better than the Vamo. Keep up with the innovation ;-). The Sigelei telescope V3 is also cool.

Do you have the chrome version or the stainless steel?
I just ordered mine but made sure to get the SS and got adapters just in case those threads are a problem as well.

Love my chrome Vamo. A friend of mine got the black chrome and it's not near as nice. I can't say who has the best Vamo or why that would be but yeah, not all Vamos are created equal. I sort of suspect it's like this with any Chinese mod.

I have the SS vamo. My one complaint is that it is slippery. Sort of feel like it is going to slip out of your hand when you hold it. SO I just wrapped a rubberband around it to give me something to grip. I haven't had any threading issues yet.

Very slippery! I just got a cheap lanyard from SmokTek so I can use it on the boat now. Must try the rubber band trick when not on a lanyard.

I love my lavatube v2 but it was sort of a impulse buy. Looking back I wish I had gone with the provari. I can't speak for the vamo but the build quality of the lavatube is amazing. I've had zero problems.

i would vote for the Vamo...its a great unit and does stand up though I would get a wrap for it as it is a scratch magnet

just fyi, i almost bought a zmax yesterday and came to find out a lot of people have issues for thread compatibility with the kanger protank. was only threading in halfway and then got stuck or something. and which just happened to be the tank i HAD to WANT to get lol.

i ended up getting a black vamo
