I will start!
I am Wafflestomper. I am a 36 year old nurse living in Henderson, married to a school teacher. I started smoking when I was 18, surprisingly enough NOT due to the yummy flavors or "marketing towards children".
It was a struggle on and off, because I
liked to smoke. Not necessarily smoking for the sake of smoking, but because I liked
good tobacco, cigars, pipes etc. But due to my partying ways, it wasn't long before analogues became a crutch.
I quit on and off for years. I really wanted to enjoy smoking good
tobacco, but always found that it lead to analogues.
Later I discovered Cloves and things got a bit better. I was able to enjoy the various clove styles and somehow, it led to an aversion to standard analogues, and I was only smoking them for enjoyment, not for habit.
Then the FDA came along and decided, "Hey... these guys are cutting into Big Tobacco's profits" and decided to include them in the ban.... Out of sheer anger at not being able to have a say in what I put in
my body... I went to the smoke shop and bought every last pack of Cloves that I could afford.
Then I started smoking them... again, like analogues. Not willing to go back to standard analogues, I saw a SE Kiosk at the Belz mall, and decided they were way too much freaking money. Knowing human are the way they are, I figured there has to be a better ecig out there, and for cheaper...and I know some of us are modding them.
Thats when I found ECF and bought my first mods. The Protege and the Prodigy V2 and the rest is history.
Now I spend way more than I ever did on smokes, but feel better, am more active, and have fewer aches pains, lethargy and stomach problems than ever before.
